On October 25, 2021, Akoustis Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release providing preliminary financial results for the fiscal first quarter ended September 30, 2021, and announcing that a conference call to discuss its results for such first fiscal quarter will be held at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Monday, November 1, 2021. A copy of the press release issued by the Company is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
