On July 25, 2013, the Company sold 9,000,000 shares of common stock at a price of $0.001 per share to its director.
Since inception through April 30, 2014, the Director loaned $306 to the Company to pay for incorporation expenses. This loan is non-interest bearing, due upon demand and unsecured. |
