Note 15. Subsequent Events Supplemental Indentures On April 17, 2020, the Company entered into supplemental indentures to the indentures governing its outstanding 6.5% Convertible Senior Secured Notes due 2023 and its outstanding 6.5% Convertible Senior Notes due 2023. Among other things, the supplemental indentures permit the incurrence of indebtedness made available through the CARES Act and regulations thereunder. |
